This has been a great day! I had so much fun with Billy and Tim and Amelia was being all cute as usual.
The buffalo chicken dip was a huge hit! I cooked about two pounds of chicken in the crock pot for about 4 hours and added Bill Bateman’s buffalo sause and once that was done, added cream cheese and sharp chedder and baked it until everything was golden brown and toasted some french bread… Mmm Good! We have so much food left over! Good thing we didn’t cook anything else other than the chicken. We have so many chips, dips, and drinks left!
We watched all of Season Two of the Venture Bros. It took us about six hours. Again, good times!
The washer/dryer came and left, again. This was the final straw for The Condo Guy and he told us that he was going to go to Home Depot to get the new washer/dryer for us. I don’t blame him. Even the sales guy was on the phone yelling at the delivery people because they refused to install the unit and felt the delivery people were being lazy and not want to bring the unit up to the third floor. Greg went off on customer service rep. The end result: Home Depot.
I didn’t take any pictures of the party, there wasn’t much of anything to capture. But, all in all we had a great time and we can’t wait to do this again! Tim and Billy said they loved the lay out and how we’ve decorated (what little we hung up on the walls today) and agree that it was worth moving onto the top floor for the valted ceilings.
